Pricing

What does ongoing help cost after the build?

Care, Team, and Advisory usually follow a build. They provide the maintenance, continued development, and technical leadership a business needs once its software is in use.

Discovery and the build have their own scope.

A new build usually begins with intensive discovery. Discovery and the build are scoped and priced for the project; the monthly figures below are for the ongoing work afterward.

Engineering capacity can scale with the work. We agree on the allocation as your needs change.

Choosing a package

The right level depends on what must keep moving.

Starting price gives you a useful first comparison. The conversation should then focus on the software, the work waiting around it, and who needs to be responsible for the technical decisions.

What is the practical difference between Care and Team?

Care is for keeping a working system looked after, with monitoring, fixes, updates, and current documentation. Team includes that foundation and adds a continuing queue of features, reports, and system connections.

When does Advisory make sense?

Advisory is for a business that needs technical leadership alongside delivery. It includes help with budgets, calendars, contracts, vendors, questionnaires, and the longer set of decisions around the software.

Do these prices include discovery and the initial build?

No. These are starting prices for ongoing work. Intensive discovery usually comes before a build, so we can understand the business and agree on what the software needs to do. Discovery and the build need their own agreed scope and pricing.

What if we already have working software?

We can work with an existing system. We first need to understand its condition, how your staff uses it, and the responsibility we would be taking on. That helps us decide what work is needed before an ongoing package fits. A new build is a separate decision.
